Here are the recipes and ingredients that were used for the create the house.

STEM WALL MORTAR

STEM WALL MORTAR - limestone and sand.

COB RECIPE

1. COB: 2 parts sand, 1.5 part red soil, 0.5 part fine gravel, handfuls of dry straw.

COB - 2 sand, 1.5 soil, straw and gravel

INTERNAL PLASTER FINISHES

INTERNAL WALLS : CLAY PLASTER (first layer on top of cob): 1 part clay, 3 parts sand, goat hair.

INTERNAL WALLS : LIMESTONE PLASTER (second layer on top of clay plaster): 1 part limestone, 3 parts sand.

INTERNAL WALLS : LIMESTONE WASH (third layer on top of limestone plaster): limestone wash

EXTERNAL FINISHES

EXTERNAL WALL RENDER (first layer on top of cob): 3 parts sand, 1 limestone, chopped straw. Do 2 layers. Each layer is half inch for each.

EXTERNAL WALL RENDER (top layer on top of lime render with chopped straw): 3 parts sand, 1 limestone
